these tank components. So think about like what sports, I'll ask you this Patrick, what sports

0:07.0

encompass the 10 components of fitness? Well, so we talked about the beginning, most people go

0:12.3

like super fit marathon runners or weight lifters. When you go through this exercise, you go like

0:16.7

holy crap. Those guys aren't fit at all. Because marathon runner, and this is true, the marathon

1:41.7

question was about, you know, we have and we've talked about the 10 components of fitness before.

1:47.1

And we'll break, well, we'll list what those are just for folks who either can't remember them or

1:51.5

don't know what they are. And the question was about how can we assess each one of these or how

1:58.0

can we assess ourselves at each one of these components? Right? How can I, how do I know if my

2:04.6

balance is good or how do I know if my strength is good? So is there a movement or is there maybe a

2:09.3

workout that we can do really for the sole purpose of saying, okay, well, where am I in this, in
