He's spending a lot of time lifting weights and being a Mr. Pump Up.

And he is, he's sort of going for one arm over the other because he's damaged himself irreparably.

This morning,

I've been doing like weightlifting recently

as preparation for

I'm not fit in the moment.

It's not a secret that I'm not in the best of shape.

I reach my apex in March.
