She's also a senior fellow at the Independent Women's Network.

Asra, welcome back to the show.

I'm going to say it's so exciting to think about being able to sit down and talk to you about this book.

That is like a labor of love for me.

So obviously you have had a crazy set of years.

I mean, just you've gone through a lot the last few years.

You've accomplished a lot the last few years.

And a lot of it is in the book.

Can you tell us just about the process?

This is just kind of a process question.

What was it like to put all of this work into book form?

It seems like an overwhelming task.

Oh, yeah.

I mean, it's just so phenomenal.
