It's the week of Spence Crawford and BMF 2.0. I mean, what a time?

Luke Thomas to be alive. So I brought back the MK tie die. The one love Bob Marley had the official headdress of my midlife crisis, Luke. And I am here to tell you that I am fired. The hell up at what the next five or six days is going to bring to all of our combat lives and experiences.

You're included, Luke, because you will be on the ground in Vegas with one aerial howani and Kate abdote the new dream team, Luke, okay, the new one. Yeah, I don't know if I don't know if that's quite true, but I am excited to work with them. But let's at the table here very, very quickly if we can be see. So what are we going to react to?

We're going to react to UFC London, which was over the weekend, a little bit of boxing that happened as well. Some more. This will come as no surprise.

This is dodgy decisions from the judges, but we are looking ahead tomorrow. BC will have a live instant reaction to Stephen Fulton, Jr. Fighting. No, yeah, in a way, a huge fight at 122 pounds.

Ring walks will start at 8 a.m. from Japan. And BC will take you into the the it's a reaction when that's all over. Plus this weekend, BC, as you indicated, UFC 291. How about Bellator versus Ryzen? And of course, the crown jewel on the boxing side.

Errol Spence, Jr. is fighting Terence Crawford on Saturday. This is about as good as a combat sports week can get great MMA, great boxing and fun in between. Not a lot to complain about.

And how about a face full of morning combat, not just your regular three episodes you mentioned, I'll be going live after Fulton, a Tuesday morning tomorrow and not just a live instant reaction, Luke.
