Hello everyone and welcome to this episode of Sleep and Relax ASMR.

This episode I figured we could do something a bit different and explore a genre that has

been requested and I think would be popular with many of you which is true crime.

I've had several listeners request that I dive into various cases. Now I must warn you of course cases discussed in this episode and future episodes of the series can be graphic and disturbing for some. So the idea of listening to, well, criminal

activity take place and certain morbid details about disappearances and deaths might give you the opposite effect of helping you sleep.

If you think that's going to be the case, this may not be the episode or genre for you.

Which is fun.

There's plenty of other content that you can enjoy, that's why there is so much variety.

I think I had not explored true crime in the past because of my own bias. I personally don't like the idea of

listening to true crime and murders and mysteries right before bed. So I think I

just assumed it would not stick with you guys but I really

change my stands on this if only because my job is not to make content that I personally would enjoy necessarily

but rather to serve you and cater to as large of an audience as possible.

So with all the requests gotten and in general the popularity of

true crime I thought it would be the appropriate time to give this a try. So with that being said I would like to kick off the first

true crime episode on Sleep and Relax ASMR by exploring Chris Watts and he

wants family murder.

This is a case that I remember being very invested in from the beginning

just because of how insane the details of the story are, something that looked, so a family that looked

like everything was kind of in order and to see how horrific of a series of events that takes place within a very short amount of time.

It's, it's, it's, it's, it's horrifying and captivating at the same time.

So, with that in mind, let's begin.
