It's so funny because when you look at the guys, that's never a topic of conversation.

It's never about, what's your skincare routine? Whereas women walk into a room and because we've

been taught to be pitted against each other. Yeah. Not always, but sometimes there's, oh my God,

you know, I can't. It's a bit of a barrier. Yeah, yeah. And it shouldn't be there. We should be

trying to change that stereotype, believing that there is space for everybody.

So tonight, I'm going to be doing some throwback triggers, triggers that I used my first video as well as my fit video.

So two years, three years ago, I started in 2021, so yeah, almost three years ago.

Wow, that's actually crazy. Um, I haven't really touched any of these triggers and I just picked

my first, first video. I don't want to necessarily reenact

that video because I thought about that, but I did a lot of talking in my first video.

If you want to go watch it, but it's a little bit gringy. I hated especially when I did the hand movements. Now you're gonna go watch the hand movements.

Anyway, but I did take the triggers that I used in that video.

And hopefully I can put you to sleep faster now than I did before, three years ago.

But honestly, when you first start ASMR, there's the beginner ASMR touch that kind of just it's different.

But we're going to be using those triggers.
