Tonight I'm going to be helping you fall asleep with some dinkly triggers, personal attention, and a little bit of

talking and rambling. Not much, don't worry, but I'm going to do a little ramble first

while doing some triggers and then give you all of the personal attention.

So I'm actually filming this one day before posting, which I typically don't do.

Let's spray a little bit of this lavender cloud room spray,

just to kind of set the vibe.

It is in a relaxing lavender.

Scent spray, covering your face and just

it's like a little air spray, hairpotty, and linen mist.

But...

Um, I'm filming this very jet-lacked.

It is 10 a.m. I've been up since 1 a.m. I was just in Japan for 25 days, and I have not filmed, sorry for that third noise, I haven't filmed an a smart video in that long as well, which is so weird.

Japan was amazing.

I honestly can't even describe my love for it and the, you know, I didn't expect to love it.

Like, my boyfriend loved it.

I just thought it was like city vibes

and I love beach and everything

but we went to

Tokyo, Kyoto

and Osaka

as well as Okinawa
