Hello, welcome to your new year's life coaching session. How are you today?

Good. Excited about the new year? Good. Well, let's get started. Let me just put this away.

And so I'm going to be asking you some questions, okay? And every new year life coaching session is the same for every single person.

It starts off with reflection and then New Year's settings.

So did you come in here knowing like some goals that you have in mind for this year?

Okay, perfect. All right. Well, I'll be asking you the questions and I'll also be recording

them as in writing them down in order to have them saved and you can take the sheet with you like take the paper with you that everything that I write down I just want you to verbally answer out loud I have this law of attraction journal right here that I used to guide me and to guide you through this session.

And it will ask all of the reflection questions as well as the New Year's goals setting and resolutions.

So first of all, happy new year.

We're going to have an amazing year. I already know it.

I feel your vibe right when you walked in.

It's refreshed. It's nude. It's ready. And are you ready to change your life? Okay, perfect. Well,

Every new year's begins with not just goal setting.

People tend to forget a very important step, which is reflection.

You can't set goals unless you reflect first, because if you don't know where you have, how far you have come, then how do you know where you're going?

Or if you don't reflect on the year before,

then how can you change the following year?

So I'm going to ask you a bit of questions

that will reflect your 2022.
