complicated, our mind can get not focused, you know, when we're focusing on way too many things it can kind of we can

lose clarity of what we want as well as you know what happened so we're going to be reflecting

twenty twenty three now we like to reflect first so that we can decide where we want to go in 2024 this upcoming year.

So we're going to be reviewing our accomplishment, insights, things you've learned this year, and use that as a guide to where we want to go this year, okay?
