I'm going to be helping you fall asleep in 15 minutes or less, around 15 minutes or so.

So I just want you to sit back, relax, get as comfortable as possible, and bring your mind to this present only, and do the sound of my voice.

I just want you to shut your eyes

and picture a storm is rolling in.

It starts gently raining. And all you have to do is go to sleep. There is no worry in this present moment.

You are free to relax.

You are free to fall asleep.

You picture being outside in this rain and it is absolutely raining and pouring down and you would be so uncomfortable. But the thought and the idea that you don't have to go outside, you don't have to go or be anywhere or do anything.

You feel your blankets touch your skin.

You romanticized this moment, their sound, through comfort. As if it was raining

You know how you have to do

Just go to sleep

and get comfortable

It is comfortable

as possible.

It's going to be raining the rounds this entire time together.

So, make sure you're comfortable.

And picture that the rain continues on.
