So get comfortable as comfortable as you can and i just want you to inhale on the count of three

one two three deep inhale and exhale.

Another deep breath and exhale

I'm going to push the mic and I just want you to keep breathing deeply, deeply, deeply, okay?

I hope you are doing amazing and if you are not, I just want you to know that whatever you are experiencing, whatever emotion, whatever anxiety, you're more than it.

And it is so temporary, so temporary.

I want you to not worry about the future no matter how hard that is, no matter how easier said than done.

I just want you to bring all of your energy into this present moment with me.

We can worry so much about the past and the future, that it pulls all of our energy away.

So I just want you to step in this present moment with me.
