This was actually a request.

that came to me like flow

my brother gave me these

amazing affirmation cards by the creator.

Heinz. So if you know Heinz, he is an amazing YouTuber making videos on spirituality.

Just very, very deep stuff. He's the guy that says, go get your coffee, and he's very,

or not coffee, go get your tea, and let's talk and vibe. And he made these affirmation cards,

and I've been listening to him for a while and my brother got me these cards for Christmas and

I'm really excited about it and I'll brush the mic and it's not just an affirmation, it's also a saying.

So I highly recommend going to Heinz, YouTube, or Instagram.

He's very soft-spoken.

He honestly inspired a lot of the ASMR podcast, like having a drink and having talking about stuff.

Heinz, I give him a lot of credits for inspiration, but let's get into it.
