Radya Allahu ta'ala anha, one of the ten promised paradise

and tonight in shawt Allahu ta'ala we cover none other than Asmat bint abibakir Radya Allahu ta'ala anha

who is a legend in and of herself as well and someone from whom we learn courage and if there's

something that underlines this entire family it is courage. So Hannaullah you find a bravery

that is prominent in each one of their stories and of course is then transferred to their children.

May Allah, as always, give us courage like that and may Allah give us children like that,

may Allah's parents allow us to inherit and inspire with the courage that we learn from

these people. Asmat bint abibakir Radya Allahu ta'ala anha is of course the daughter of

the greatest man to walk the face of the earth that was not a prophet and that is

Radya Allahu ta'ala anha, her mother was Qutayla bint abdel-Izzah. Now,

Abu Bakr Radya Allahu ta'ala anha had a wife named Qutayla bint abdel-Izzah that was divorced

after Islam when he embraced Islam she did not embrace Islam and Asmat Allahu ta'ala anha

and her full brother Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr come from this mother Qutayla bint abdel-Izzah.

Her half sisters were Aisha and Umq al-Sum, Bint abbi Bakr and her half brothers were

Abdul-Rahman abbi Bakr and Mohamed abbi Bakr. If you remember with Mohamed abbi Bakr and I hope

I'm not losing you all but Mohamed abbi Bakr was born to Asmat bint aromace who was the widow

of Jaffar, married Abu Bakr, had Mohamed abbi Bakr, washed the body of Abu Bakr, married Ali

...
