Firstly, to thank you for all your content over the years. They've been instrumental in my

property journey. Let me give you a very quick overview. I've started listening to you guys in

2018. 2019 got made redundant from work. Remortaged our property, which we've been

renovating since 2016. So we had some capital in it, bought a property to

flip, flip that property, made a bit of money, flipped the next property, so on and so forth.

And we ended up with a reasonable pot of money. So the idea was to then get into rentals. So we started buying rentals in 2022. We're now

just about to complete on our eighth. A mix of houses flat. So it makes it so much easier

sometimes when you buy a block of three. It just elevates your portfolio. We only rent to government-backed contracts at the minute.

I think the oppression of landlords is going to get worse and worse as we move through the years.
