0:57.2	buy-to-let through my limited company once the purchase has been processed. My question really is to
1:04.4	ask what are the advantages and disadvantages of either going through a letting agency
1:10.6	or by pursuing letting the property privately,
1:15.2	by getting all the contracts made up and renting the property out myself,
1:20.3	with a view to obviously increasing the portfolio in the future,
1:24.6	whether it would be beneficial to start from beginning with an agency or to start
1:29.8	from the beginning renting privately and expand that way. Thanks again for everything you do and look
