| 1:10.0 | The dilemma as I see it is that if a lot of what I do is off plan purchasing and if I add the new properties each to a separate SPV I have some risk isolation so for instance if I couldn't complete in a couple of years when the off plan is ready, my understanding is that if it was in its own SPV that all I'd stand to lose is my deposit. |
