Hi Robin Rob and Rob and it's your L shahar. Just wondering, really, how do you start?

I know it's a big question in property.

But I feel like I'm in a vicious circle where you say that you need to go to networking meetings and develop

relationship with estate agents and be really ready to act quick. But when you're're just starting you haven't got your power

team ready yet and you might not have the finances yet and so which one do you

do first?

The answer is probably you do both, but I find it quite difficult to go and have a relationship with the state agents and say that I can act really quickly on a house sale where I don't have the finances yet. So I guess my question is where do you start?
