0:45.3	It's Simon from East London, been there, swirling with weather to sell up our one and only
0:50.3	buy to let a due to interest rate rises, and it'll just about wash its own face, but
0:55.3	we're going to make maybe 50 quid profit a month on that.
0:58.4	Morgan is coming up soon and trying to decide whether to do a quick sale and just pull out
1:05.1	the equity, which realistically, we could probably get away with about 100 grand and then
