He’d like to diversify and get his hands on some new build houses, but he’s struggling to source these remotely. He’s currently purchasing his first HMO in a student area and is looking to let this out to some students. Unfortunately, he’s just missed the start of the academic year and he’s expecting the property to remain empty because of this.
