Summary

Rob & Rob are back again this week to answer two more Hubber questions. First up this week is Brad. He’s been listening to The Property Podcast for the past couple of years and has just finished university where he’s studied real estate. He’s been giving his parents a helping hand in getting started on their property investment journey, with their first purchase being in Norfolk at the beginning of the year.  They’re now at the stage where they’re looking to invest in something else, potentially a holiday let. They know there’s more work involved with a holiday let, but with more people taking staycations, they’re wondering if now is the perfect time for it.  We’ve been getting a lot of questions lately around holiday lets, so do Rob & Rob think now is the time to look at it more seriously? Our second caller this week is Michael from South Wales.  He’s been doing a lot of viewings recently as he’s on the hunt to purchase his first buy-to-let property in a limited company.  Currently he’s got six property viewings with one agent but he’s wondering how it works with putting an offer in.  He only wants to purchase one property but is wondering if it’s worth putting an offer in on multiple properties, just to be on the safe side? What do Rob & Rob think he should do?  Tune in to find out.   Do you have a buy to let or property investment related question for Rob & Rob? You could feature on the next episode by giving us a call on 013 808 00035 and leaving a message with your name and question (normal UK call rates apply).  Or if you prefer, click here to leave a recording via your computer instead. The next question on Ask Rob & Rob could be yours.  Have you joined us over on the Property Hub Forum yet? Our online community is friendly, informative, and the members are waiting to welcome you with open arms. So get yourself over and introduce yourself.
