Thanks for all the content you put out so helpful and I wouldn't be able to do without you guys.

I've also read I think three or four of Rob's books and they've just given me so much health and guidance and I really appreciate it. My question today is I'm looking to get a second property. I also have one in Surrey which I'm looking to pull out some equity and use it into buy my second property. I'm looking at about 30 to 40,000 pounds and I'd like to

invest up north. I just wanted to know what you do in my situation and what steps you take and just if you can give me some

guidance to maybe a good area and how many properties you'd buy and yeah any any help would be much appreciated
