I'm morning Rob it's Shanky here from Swindon I would like to thank you both for your hard work and I've only started listening to your

podcast last few months and I appreciate the free knowledge you guys are sharing with all of

his new views I've read through Rob's book and I've gone to the

cause where your 18-year cycle has been explained. I've also understand that from Robert Kusoki's videos and books that there

is a 7 to 10 years of recession cycle. So are you able to help me out understand how does these cycle overlaps? Is there any relationship

between these two cycles of 18 years, a property cycle and at 7 to 10 years of

resistance cycle.
