Before I ask my question, I'd just like to say thank you very much with all the information that you give out on your podcasts and also on the website.

The information there is presented really easily and it's

invaluable to me so I found it really helpful. Also the forums give me loads of

answers to all my silly newbie questions. So thanks to all the members as well. Okay, my question

is this. I'm looking at my first bite and let and we've selected a property which is in

Hook in Hampshire. We've looked at all the stuff around the rental market

in terms of finding other properties so we've got a good idea of the price. My question is quite simple which is how do I know if the rental
