I've been listening to the podcast now for a couple of months.

I'm doing a great job.

I just had a quick question about the next couple of years

and what your thoughts are on the 18 year

property cycle and the economy. We've got National Living Wage going up over the next three years. We've got Brexit and

we've got a lot more foreign investment and a general election. So I'm just wondering what

your thoughts are. We're going to have a longer cycle or a shorter cycle just yeah
