Rapid fire. Question number one from the Smitty Life.

Where would you live in the US if you could afford any location on an orchard?

Only one choice.

I don't know what state this exists in, but I want a very tempered climate with a fruit

orchard and a lot of land. I think it's Texas. I really think it's Texas, though.

Texas? I think. I think if you're listening and you know where that could exist, let us

A lot of land where you can grow fruit trees, slash any sort of like citrusy like more tropical

trees. And it needs to be affordable and a beach close by.
