We made it. Hot Girl Summer has has landed today we are doing an ask

trin advice episode which i'm so excited for because i feel like the questions and themes today have

all been this common topic of i'm changing my life is changing and i don't know how to trust myself through it. And honestly,

I feel like that is such a universal experience, especially with all my grads or anyone moving

away for the summer or going through a life transition this summer. I thought that this would

be a really important episode to help you. So today's episode is for all my

girlies who are navigating life changes. Change is the only constant in life. Yet, it is one of the

most difficult things to navigate. And if you've been here since the very beginning, I publicly

dealt with so much change. And not to mention mention I was pretty freaking bad at dealing with

it and then also was going through it publicly while the podcast was blowing up. So when I was

younger and first started this podcast, I was so bad at dealing with change and I still don't

love it, but I do love

growth and pushing myself to my full potential and always encourage you to do the same. And I know

that if you're a part of TWC, you can probably relate to that. So today I'm going to read through

some of your write-ins and give you my best advice because I know

that when I first was navigating life after graduating high school or college or taking a gap year

or going through a breakup, this is what I would have wanted to hear. And to give you a little
