| 0:32.7 | about access to resources, if it's about any mass incarceration, think about like, what |
| 0:37.4 | would it mean to get everybody out of jail who shouldn't be there? |
| 0:40.6 | What would it mean to feed everybody in your city? |
| 0:42.7 | What would it look like to give housing to everybody who is homeless? |
| 0:46.2 | Start from the biggest question and work your way backwards. |
| 0:49.9 | And I say that because that often encourages us to imagine a world without the constraints, |
| 0:54.5 | which is really freeing in terms of thinking about what solutions look like. |
| 0:57.7 | Too often, people start from the smallest question that they have, and then they try and |

| 1:01.9 | And that's just a hard way to imagine. |
