1:22.0	All right, Ms. Travis, how's it feel? Pretty good. I like this new year, Susie. I can see that. Tell
1:28.4	everybody why you like it. Well, one of the first reasons I really love it is that we're walking
1:34.4	together on the beach in the sand and we're able to get Susie out and about which means I get to have
1:41.3	a playmate again. I love that as well. All right, shall we get right to it? Yeah, let's I have lots of
1:50.2	questions. But I think this year's also going to be a better year than last year. In what way?
1:57.6	In many ways, it feels different. It feels like it's going to be a more challenging year, I think,
2:03.2	financially, but everything else more challenging that last year. Yeah, I do think that. Wow, I don't
2:10.7	think. I think what matters is what you think more than I think last year. It feels like it's going
2:17.8	to be. I think last year was one of the more challenging investment years. I've almost ever
2:23.6	experienced in my career because you were in a roller coaster mode and people like you look at it
2:29.6	every day. But in nothing made sense if you want to know the truth in many ways. So I think this year
2:35.7	it will be very different and more predictable, believe it or not. But not necessarily calmer.
2:41.9	Well, not necessarily the first quarter, but maybe after that. But I'll tell you all more about
