What is the ruling on availing ourselves to medicine and medicinal procedures?

Is every single medicine or procedure obligatory or can someone choose to not undertake a procedure and if it is obligatory to what extent must one go to do the procedure?

Allah says in the Quran on the tongue of Ibrahim Ali

Salaham he says,

what I am real too for whoa yashfein.

When I fall sick, Allah Subhana

what I am K's cures me.

And Allah Azawajan mentions a cure in the Quran.

And that is, of course, of honey that Allah says,

fije-heifah, Ullinas.

And our prophet, Salah, who al-Lah, who is said in Hadith and Muzadim Muhammad,

Ma'anzalahazalaazu al-Auzhazala al-A-Jazala has not
