a particular country she mentions. A lady ran out of gas and as she was waiting for

some help some men came and sexually assaulted her in front of her children.

And she says that there's a lot of talk going on amongst the scholars, amongst the

What is the Islamic punishment for rape and can the perpetrators be made an example of and also a lot of people are talking about whose fault is it blame is being assigned
