Okay, this is the Friday Aston edition and the question is when do I expand my business?

This is so important because I have screwed this up so many times in the first decade of

business ownership.

So I can tell you all the times not to expand, but today I'm going to tell you when to

expand.

And it's pretty simple.

If you follow this formula, you're going to do it right because again, I've done it

wrong and I'll tell you there how I did it wrong.

First thing is, is there a demand increase?

This is kind of simple.

You have your business.

You're doing great.

You're making a half million or whatever it is, whatever your revenue is.

And there seems to be a greater demand for what it is you're selling.

Somebody wants more of your product.

Somebody wants more of your services.

So it's just kind of very organic.

The phone's ringing more.

You've got more orders every day that you wake up to it.

So it's extremely obvious.

But the key, now this is the key to this.
