It's a service business. What should I focus on?

Okay, first and foremost, don't get trapped providing the service.

Okay, if you have a law and care business, you should not be pushing the mower. Preferably.

Now, you know, initially that may happen for like six weeks, but you got to work your way out of that as fast as humanly possible.

And don't give me, I can't afford to pay anybody. If you can't afford to pay anybody, then you don't have a business.

That's just not a business. Okay, because that's going to continue that way.

I prefer to start with me never in the business, never actually being a doer.

Okay, I build that into the model. And if anything, I got to exit that immediately.

So the first thing is is you should not be providing the service.

Okay, second, now we're moving on.

Second is attracting customers. That is the most important thing.

It's one of the biggest things that businesses struggle with. I hear this.

I can't afford to advertise. I'm going to go back to this.

If you're providing all the services physically yourself,

you shouldn't be, you shouldn't be in business.

Okay, that's just, that's a bad model.
