It's time for Ask Rachel on the podcast and the questions that came in today were really

incredible. So this is actually part two of a podcast I already started recording where I lost

the file. So there'll be another Ask Rachel in the same sort of energy coming in a couple

weeks. But today we talk about setting boundaries

with a family member whose politics you don't agree with. How do you navigate loving someone

whose opinions about the world are so completely different from your own? I also talk about

genuine self-care when you are a new mother in

the trenches. Does it actually exist? What does it look like? How do we genuinely fill our cups?

I got a really heartbreaking question that I know we are all asking ourselves right now, which is how

do we make a change in this world,

especially if we are mothers and navigating family life, is it hopeless or is it not?

And then there's also at the very beginning a question about my relationship with my own mother

and where we are at today. So essentially, it's a very intimate

mother-focused episode today. Jamie Lang and Sophie Haboo have arrived on Disney Plus. We're having a
