funding is first and foremost, you know, it is really pretty unprecedented that we would be in

January with a current continuing resolution up till the beginning of March to fund the government.

It's very difficult for federal agencies, for workers across this country to know what is coming at them when they can't even determine

whether or not their position is going to be funded for the next year and this is Republican

intransigence on refusing to really not just refusing, being unable to resolve the civil

war that they're having within their own caucus from extreme mega Republicans who think

that they can pass an agenda that is so extreme

that their own party won't agree to it and in a situation where we have Democrats
