You can afford anything but not everything.

Every choice that you make is a trade-off against something else and that doesn't just

apply to your money.

That applies to any limited resource that you need to manage.

Like your time, your focus, your energy, your attention, saying yes to something, implicitly

means turning away all other options and that opens up two questions.

First, what matters most?

What are your priorities?

What are your values?

And second, how do you align those with your decision making?

How do you execute choices on a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly basis that reflect that

which matters most?

Answering these two questions is a lifetime practice and that's what this podcast is here

to explore and facilitate.
