Welcome to On The Bench. I am your host, Brendan Sonone, and I am the only person on this

podcast today. Newberg is traveling, giving knee and blasting a break. Zach has been

killing on the recruiting trail. It's going to be really busy next week coming up with

the spring game and putting together that visitor list, which you can check it out. Noel's

24-7. He just keeps growing and expanding and it's really impressive. So it's going to

be a busy week for everyone at Noel's 24-7 next week. So I just want to chill a little

bit and kind of just have this podcast for me just to talk to you folks. You guys had

questions. I have answers. Some of you were like, Oh, no, Sonone. Sonone, only Sonone.

I'm going to fast forward through this. Well, you go ahead. You know, you can just fast

forward if you're not interested in what I have to say about the football team, about

my observations from spring practice about my thoughts on life and bourbon and anything

else. You guys have me in a ask me anything list of questions. So yeah, or I could talk

really fast and just speed it up. So you don't have to hit 1.5 or 2.0 speed. I could talk

like this the entire time. I just go really, really fast and just keep talking, talking,

talking. I got my coffee in me today. So it's going to be fun. I could talk really fast

like this entire time. I could talk about when I can avail it. Can you delete him and

pull it instead all in this game again? And what the guys will learn from it? You're

two of the spring. Haven't full spring. The ability to learn. So no, actually, I can't
