I'm Shanei Alexander and this is the podcast where we talk through all of your

problems and we attempt to give you our best advice but today today is a special little

episode I you know I wanted to end our year because we're taking off next week

I wanted to end our year off with just like a light fun holiday kind of chit chat with just you and me. I feel like it's been

so fun experimenting with solo episodes and episodes with Craig and obviously so many

amazing guests this year.

But I really just wanted to chill.

It's a couple days before Christmas,

happy holidays to you and yours.

And I was like, let's not get anything heavy let's just be light let's be happy what a

fucking year this has been I mean obviously that's an understatement and it has been

reiterated how much this year has blown.

I was actually talking this summer of my assistant today

as we were wrapping up our year's work.

And we were like, you know, this this year has sucked but also a lot of

great things have happened and I think it's really been a year of reflection I hope that

we've cleansed ourselves namaste day of some toxic relationships

or just relationships that weren't serving us.
