So, starting with our next question from our audience member.

Yeah, so our first question is about tinnitus, which is a really annoying phenomenon.

And someone's asking, what is the relationship between sleep deprivation and tinnitus severity?

And can sleep interventions actually reduce the symptoms?

Yeah, it's interesting.

So tinnitus, as a medical condition, it's a condition of sound misperception.

And it's where you perceive sound when there is no external sound present.

So people often describe ringing or buzzing in the

ears or hissing. Some people describe whooshing or clicking or just a high-pitched kind of like

...
