sleeping next to your phone can affect your brain waves? My mom keeps sending me articles about this.

I like to hear that everybody's mom does that. Yeah, I know. I love the fact that your mom does that,

and it's born out of a deep desire to just keep you

But the concern that sleeping near a smartphone and that it disrupts your brainwaves or your

sleep quality, I would say at best, it's probably controversial.

There is some scientific basis for it in the literature, and you may know some of this too,

but the electromagnetic fields or the EMFs, which is sort of the concern that we have with

these devices, they do emit these devices low levels

of radio frequency electromagnetic radiation, which is a very long word, which is simply simplified
