What really does help is doing the absolute best you can, recognizing that you're doing a lot, and then giving the rest to God. I had a personal experience with eczema, and in my experience, no supplement in the world is going to get to the root of it. You actually have to figure out what's causing. It's essentially an autoimmune disorder. What's causing the immune trigger in your body, for me it was gluten. So when I cut out gluten, my eczema went away almost immediately.

to keep these quick and fast and easy. Okay, somebody asked about my mold and my mold experience. Hector and I just recorded an episode. We spent over an hour explaining in full detail where we're at with it right now. It's a crazy story, so you're not going to want to miss it. Do you want me to read the questions to you? Yeah, I just feel like some of them I'm not going to want. Yeah, that's fine. If something's not going to just tell me to deny. Okay, we'll just cut it out. How big are your boobs? Wow. I'm just going to, we'll cut that out. No, you can keep that. They've gotten way bigger in pregnancy. Your husband's probably very happy than that.

1:55.8

Well, let me be clear.

1:57.5

I don't think it's a scam.
