0:49.8	those questions when we get to it. But for today, let's have a look at some of the questions that

1:00.0	The first question we had, I want to do an online business on diversity and inclusion to create
1:08.4	courses and help the Arab community in that area.
1:11.8	I have lots of blocks and fears that I'm clearing on the way, yet the self-doubt still persists.
1:18.7	What's your advice to me?
1:20.3	Well, number one, I love that your vision and your idea is something that's needed in the
1:25.3	world.
1:26.3	So like many visionaries or entrepreneurs,
1:29.3	you've recognized something that you want to bring that's missing. And what I will say to you
1:35.3	is the self-doubt tends to just be part of the journey. So for me, one of the things that I
1:42.3	learned early on is I was going to have self-doubt
1:46.2	every time I did something that was a little outside my comfort zone, something that was
1:51.0	new to me, something I was going to have to learn in a different way.
