Hi. us off with the first one. Hi Lee, how can we learn to trust ourselves, our guidance, our intuition? When I feel like I'm getting guidance or intuition, the voice of doubt or sabotage

rears its head quickly. Can you offer suggestions

for how to work with that and really know and trust? This is a great question and I can't

tell you how many times I've been asked something like this question over the last 20 years.
