Hello and welcome to Best Laid Plans.

0:11.7

This is Sarah Hart Unger, your host, and this is a podcast where we talk all things planning

0:16.5

and planning adjacent.

0:18.9

Today's episode is a very special one because we've hit a big milestone for best laid plans.

0:25.8

And that is that this is episode number 100.

0:29.2

I began this podcast during the summer of the pandemic 2020.

0:34.0

And this is the 100th episode.

1:24.3

than Best Laid Plans. She is a a runner and I've been getting more back into

1:28.9

running lately, even though the weather really suggests that I should do something else.

1:33.9

Anyway, she didn't ask me anything where she took a bunch of questions from Instagram,

1:38.8

cut them up, put them in a bowl, shook them up, and then pulled them out randomly.

1:42.4

I was going to do it that way, but I ended up just

1:44.8

pasting it into my trusty Apple Notes document where I do all of my kind of show outlines, by the way,
