Is drinking raw milk safe like RFK Jr. suggests? Can you reduce a glucose spike if you eat your food in, quote, unquote, the right order? I'm registered dietitian Abby Sharp. I host a nutrition myth-busting podcast called Bite Back with Abby Sharp. And those are just some of the questions I tackle with qualified experts on my show.

There is so much food misinformation and disinformation out there, and it can feel impossible

to know what's real and what's BS.

1:37.1

at bedtime. I read my book for a while. Usually that puts me right to sleep. I can't even keep my

eyes open and I lay down for a solid hour

1:46.9

trying to sleep so I'm not a zombie all evening. No chance. Not a chance in hell. I get so frustrated

2:02.5

Mr. Beast video or something and he can fall asleep in the midst of our family life on a Saturday

2:09.3

afternoon. It drives me nuts. Same with if we fly somewhere like he'll just fall asleep on the plane.

2:16.7

I'm like, who are you?
