It's been a few weeks now since I started listening and I gained a lot from it.

I am new to real estate investing and this is my first adventure.

I took some friends advice and bought some vacant properties in Baltimore

with a price range of $10,000 to $20,000 hoping to rehab and sell or rent out in the areas that are expected to grow.

I don't have any real data, but it is possible in a couple of years, maybe, but that was a year ago.

Unfortunately, or fortunately, maybe I need to be educated first in brackets. I was not able to do any of that due to finances and other circumstances.

Now since I started listening to your podcast, I thought it would be wise to seek advice before I go too far with it.

The area will be considered a Class D neighborhood I think. My question is how

should I proceed now? Should I try to sell them as is, even if I lose money,
