appreciate it so Henry's question is he, my question is in regards to choosing a property

management company to work within a given market. While choosing a market to invest in,

being teamed up with a great property management company is imperative.

What are the sort of questions that you would ask a property management company when considering

to team up with them?

What sort of information is the most important to receive from them?

Thank you very much Henry. Henry I appreciate the question. A great question

because your property management team is critically important. In fact I have said many

times that you live and die by your property manager and they really play into your

success pretty darn heavily.

So you want to make the right choice.
