I like them and decided to start this journey as well. Well congratulations

Chancellor. I purchased my first house in 2016 and then purchased our next primary residence at the end of 2018 keeping the first place as a rental.

I then wanted to grow my portfolio and realize that it would take a ton of extra time if I wanted to manage

everything myself not to mention buying in Utah is crazy expensive I assume

what he's meaning here by manage everything himself is meaning putting it all together finding

the markets and the deals and assembling a team and all that stuff.

So he goes on to say, so that's when I found your podcast and realize there is a much better way to go about this and that's quote passively

So my question is I have roughly 70 to 80,000 dollars in equity in my first single family home that currently after expenses cash flows $200.

I'm wanting to grow my portfolio quickly and aggressively so with selling that place and putting that towards multiple

turnkey properties be my best bet?

I know I would be cash flowing a lot more, but most likely losing a property that is

equity rich.
