| 1:10.9 | options out there several not a lot but there are different options to approach your real estate investing journey and building your portfolio. |

| 1:24.0 | What are your options and then I'm going to maybe spin off a little bit and just kind of cover some of the benefits that are available to you as you get to the top of the food chain if you will. |
