1:06.8	after my passions and learn some new skills. One of these skills is real estate.

1:14.6	learn more about the industry how to go about investing for the long term. I'm in my
1:20.5	mid-20s and am getting ready to acquire my first property.
1:25.0	I would ideally like to manage my own property and therefore I am looking in the state I live,
