hi Marco, I stumbled on your podcast about a month ago,

and I am hooked.

I'm 34 years old and have been renting my entire life.

You're only 34, that's not a whole heck of a long time. I've been at the same job

for just over 10 years and have about 230,000 dollars of savings and another 300,000 in my 401k.

That is a fantastic savings amount.

When you're in the six figures like that at 34 years old,

that's fantastic because let's face it

statistically about half of Americans can't put four hundred dollars together in case of

an emergency so that is phenomenal I'm in a coastal market, Los Angeles, and have major trepidation about buying

here for passive real estate or any real estate for that matter. I know you preach being market agnostic when it comes to passive real

estate. So how did you branch out to other markets in the beginning? All right, well this is a question
